These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 92rbet website accessible at https://92rbet.cam and any associated services, features, tools and content provided by the Operator (collectively referred to as the "Platform" or "92rbet"). These Terms apply to all users who access or use the Platform in any capacity, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors.

92rbet is an English-language online betting and live casino platform designed and operated for users who choose to access it internationally, including users located in Pakistan. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other sports — as well as live casino, slots and other gaming products.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You further confirm that you are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and that accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by any law applicable to you.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform, through which you access betting and gaming services.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or other incentive issued to a User under a promotional offer published on the Platform.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds into your Account from a payment method accepted by the Operator.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Operator before a withdrawal may be processed or as otherwise required.
• "Operator" means the entity that owns and operates the 92rbet Platform.
• "PKR" or "Rs" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which account balances are displayed on the Platform.

• "User" or "You" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit) must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of available funds from your Account to a payment method registered in your name.

To register and maintain an Account on 92rbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the Operator's licence jurisdiction. The Platform is strictly adults-only. Minors are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any manner whatsoever.
• Jurisdiction: You must confirm that accessing and using online gambling services is not prohibited by any law applicable in your country, region or state of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation. 92rbet does not warrant that the use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate Accounts are prohibited and may be suspended without notice. Any balances associated with duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
• Personal Use: Your Account must be used exclusively by you for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not operate an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Mental Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under the influence of substances that impair your judgement at the time of placing wagers.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order on this Platform or any other platform operated by the Operator.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification), date of birth, email address and, where required, residential address. You are required to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The Platform displays balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the Operator and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be amended at the Operator's discretion.

The Operator may from time to time offer Bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to a wagering or rollover requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 Bonus subject to a 30× rollover requires PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying wagers. Figures are illustrative — actual requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a Bonus is active, you may be subject to a maximum bet restriction per wager. Placing bets in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots commonly contribute 100%; table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Check the specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the specific promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from activation. Expired Bonuses and associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some Bonuses carry a cap on the maximum winnings that may be withdrawn. Any winnings exceeding this cap may be removed from your balance.
• Abuse: The Operator reserves the right to void Bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or any other form of manipulation.

All bets placed on 92rbet are subject to the Operator's published sports betting rules and game-specific rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Sports betting rules govern the settlement of wagers on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments), football, UFC and all other sports offered on the Platform. Casino game rules govern the conduct of slots, live dealer games, table games and instant games.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account per person (duplicate Accounts).
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers or other technological tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by the Operator.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or game results.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any other systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intent.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, other Users or any third party associated with the Platform.

All content on the 92rbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the compilation thereof — is the property of the Operator or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.

The 92rbet name, logo and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of the Operator. References to third-party brand names — including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports bodies such as PCB, PSL and ICC — are made for descriptive purposes only and do not constitute claims of affiliation, endorsement or partnership.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the Operator's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Operator's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

92rbet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It carries inherent financial risk — you should only ever bet amounts you can genuinely afford to lose. The Operator provides the following responsible-gambling tools, which are accessible from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the net losses you can incur within a defined period.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Operator suspects fraudulent, collusive or abusive activity on your Account.
• Your Account has been associated with money laundering, financial crime or any activity that may expose the Operator to legal or regulatory risk.
• You have failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the time stipulated by the Operator.
• You have misrepresented your age, identity or jurisdiction eligibility.
• Continued operation of your Account presents a responsible-gambling risk.

Upon termination of your Account, the Operator will conduct a review of your Account balance. Subject to the outcome of any investigation and the deduction of any amounts owed to the Operator, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Balances associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. If you wish to exclude yourself from gambling, we recommend activating self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure, as self-exclusion provides additional safeguards.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is registered and/or licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to Account settlements, bonus terms or withdrawal decisions — shall first be referred to the Operator's internal dispute resolution process.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, you may be entitled to escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution body or regulatory authority, subject to the rules of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. The Operator does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of matters arising under these Terms.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Operator will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
